Hi guys, my name is Martyn Sanders.
My IP-Address (188.195.250.189) is currently banned from server and website (writing via another pc). There is no one who banned me ingame or an admin who I talked to. So I am really confused whats going on here. Can please someone look for that and tell me the reason? Or just maybe I got the ip (dhcp) of an banned guy. Thanks for your time. Martyn |

these last days MF has made a wave of banning by IP and yours may have been included, we will check it and see what we can do. |

Hi Martyn,
The whole 188.195.*.* batch is IP banned. I don't remember the specific reason, but I think MonkeyFiend added it because of somebody constantly evading their ban. I tried to add an exception for your IP, but:
So this is a test and probably a temporary solution. Please tell me if it works for you (make sure you still have this IP address). |

thanks now I know whats going on. Yeah I have the same IP for a longer time than usual (static IP). Nope, the exception is not working. Kind Regards Martyn |

Hi guys,
thanks for your help and I could play the last weeks (as some of you may have seen) :-) But today I could not connect again. My IP is 188.195.250.189 (same as usual). Can you check your exception pls? And would it be possible to set an exception for the website, too? I have to use another pc on another location to write to you… Thanks for your time. Martyn |

Hi Martyn,
There were quite a few stability problems with the server lately and MonkeyFiend reinstalled it a couple of days ago. During this he has removed the exception for your IP address. I'll add it back, but I need to catch the server empty. Probably tomorrow morning. As for the forum, I have no access to its configuration. I think you need to wait for MonkeyFiend to fix this. |
