Apparently my plans to login into minecraft in work are scuppered by the unusual ports and our firewall... so since I can't play, was thinking of going through the code. Anyone have any ideas of stuff (mods etc.,) that you'd want to see?

You have just hit the nail royally ...
I personally would like a mod that makes daytime something like 3 times as long as night is now. I don't think there's an existing mod for this so if you were feeling up to that Monkey just let us know and we can poll it for use  So yeah roll on the suggestions  Also, I'm sure many of you are already aware, there are lots of already written mods. If anyone would like to see an existing mod implemented please suggest it here also... pref with some kind of link to the blurb about it. If it's already been written that is. Once suggestions are in we can poll on them and see if we can't start living in the mod-i-verse

Methinks this is possible. I might need access to the server though to upload a jar file.. will check how it handles the time and server time.

2 thoughts on making days longer:
1. Need to look into making the clocks work if thats the case and 2. Should look into making night time much MUCH more dangerous, just to add a bit of spice to things. --------------------  |
