hey all i do not know why i have been banned and who it was who banned me but the only thing i said was "our armies arrr runnin from da batturfirdo" which is what a japanese general says from the game total war shogun. the kick reason said racism but i dont understand if that would be considered racism. english isnt my native language and i didnt know that counted as racism and if i did i would never have said it. i have played on the server for 2 years and i have never transgressed the rules and i would never do it either. so why did i get banned?

I have warned you time and time again about your choice of subject and broad generalization, especially when it comes to patriotism, which invariably leads to some guy getting comfortable pushing it past the racism rule and getting banned, just like today, less than 24hours after you were unbanned.


After a while, I started counting those bans as your "victims".

The mute didn't stick, and I have warned you I would permaban you if I read another line of yours again. Later that same day when I got back, you greeted me and got permabanned. There's no way I'll ever believe this wasn't a deliberate troll.

Instead of making an appeal here you went and talked to MF who last night asked me to give you a second chance, I did (ONLY because I didn't know mutes were not permanent) and wagered it wouldn't last long. There you are.

i spoke to monkeyfiend only because i was forced to do so since you didnt want to speak to me directly and you removed me as a friend on steam and blocked all communication. i know you hate me from the bottom of your heart but if i am a troll how come all other admins dont have a problem with me? how come they have never banned me?

Admins don't have to accept communications from steam.You can contact them via forum.If an admin refuse to talk via forum then you can complain about them like your saying " i know you hate me from the bottom of your heart but if i am a troll how come all other admins dont have a problem with me? how come they have never banned me? "

No, I don't have proof of when I "only" warned you (the mute could be considered one tho), because despite my 20+ years of gaming online and before meeting Raso and you, I've never had to take a screenshot to fend off accusations of abuse. But I'm a quick learner.

I really don't need anymore than I've posted above. The rule concerning spamming the chat with unrelated topics is clear, the mute specifically was to bar you from doing that, and I wrote about it in yellow, couldn't miss it. If you didn't consider that as a warning not to continue when the mute wore off, that's on you. If you've considered your getting unbanned as an indication that I wasn't correct in banning you in banning you in the 1st place, you were wrong again. I accepted mostly because most people who appeal for an unban get one (we believe in 2nd chances), and I didn't want to waste more time on you, as I'm doing right now. Also MF pays for this great server, so as far as I'm concerned, it's his and I'll do whatever he asks of me, butt stuff excluded.

Even without the collateral bans that tipped the scale for me, you fully deserve yours.

You don't seem able to read that rule, despite my quoting it earlier. I hope the font is more adequate. A game server is a private place, whose rules can go beyond those of free speech laws. We ban racists, we ban people who kick teammates, we can ban people who spam because they disobeyed the aforementioned rule. If there was a rule against it, we could ban people who say they like kittens.

No, you're not the only one spammer. You're not the only person starting contentious topics. Others however, just stop when told to (or kicked out or muted or 24hrs banned ). Because rules and stuff. I'll ban anyone using a racist term or writing something racist (as is making fun of an entire ethnic group for how some speak), regardless of context. When we permaban people for saying "hey n-word" and its variants, we don't care whether they meant it or not. I don't have to go buy a game and verify if you quoted something out of it.

But I don't know you, nor do I care about you. I've longed to ban you because you're a troll whom I've witnessed skid the lines for months, leaving a trail of bans. Banning you was like catching one of those maas who firepots the spawn when there's no admin around, and don't get voted out because the damage don't register in their TD percentage. We have a watchlist for toxic players who we know toy with "the line", we wait for them to cross it.
