Hi,
The BF2 server is up for renewal (thanks to those whom donated to cover the costs).. it was worth a try to see if we could get games on but it didn't really happen - like I've said in the shoutbox before I suspect a dwindling playerbase (looking at all players in europe playing bf2 they are gradually decreasing) - this makes it hard for a new server back on the scene where people haven't added it to favourites.Even 2 years ago many an evening spent in the server trying to get it started was a pain (until we became popular) and that was back when there was a lot more players. Further I personally will not be installing the 1.5 patch due to be released in coming weeks (prone deviation etc., - don't expect any major changes since the last beta) and confirmed with multiplay that they will upgrade all server to 1.5, not giving us the option to retain a 1.41 server ranked or otherwise. If anyone is still desparate for a server and wants to organise it then I'll chip in a monthly donation (on principle) and provide any server building and configuration support. But for me 1.5 signifies the official end of bf2. --------------------  |

i will probably try the 1.5 patch. but even i don't play bf2 much anymore
 and if i do i usually just play on the =FaRT= servers.

2bh you know what we need to for the server to actually work is to recurit more people for bf2 2bh because we are only a small clan so if we recruited it would probally work out 2bh

But you can only recruit through your own server, and we had no one on the server
