For info,
I've taken the left4downtown mod for l4d that allows more than 4 players in a game and plonked it into l4d2. The problem with this mod was that once you've got past the initial 8 players (or 4 on coop) you have to turn cheats on, spawn a bot, let ther person take over the bot and then turn cheats off. I've therefore added a new plugin that should: calculate when there is the max number of players on the server then autospawn a new bot when an extra player joins (and kick this bot if they leave) - thereby allowing a much cleaner way to play something like an 8 player coop on l4d2. At the moment though, it still can't be used via lobbies... if people want to try out an 8way l4d2 coop then they'll have to join the servers using connect IP Will probably test this tomorrow since there seems to a clan v clan versus match tonight.
