Firstly... read the Bad Company 2 server rules here:

If you still think you've been banned unfairly, please post any information you have including times/dates here and we'll review it (uaully within 24-72 hours)

If you have a complaint to be made against the conduct of one of our admins, complaints of this nature are arbitrated by an independant party and so may take longer to resolve.

The clan rules are decided by it's members (who pay for the server). Only clan members have a say in what rules should/shouldn't be included. If you disagree with the server rules please find another server that you find more agreeable
