Hello, I was just wondering why I was banned from your Chivalry server this afternoon. The reason given was racism, but as the chat logs will show, I only ever typed the word "wow" during the whole match. I am pretty confused about the whole thing. Could you look into this and lift the ban, please? Cheers.

Hey.

The reason to why you've been banned is because in a previous game you broke the racism rule.

A player saw you in the chat and took a screenshot as evidence in the report, hence why we banned you at first sight.
