Ban appeal Options

Yesterday I was banned "for cata" for 200 hours. This came as a surprise to me because I thought I had done nothing wrong. Perhaps I missed an admin order in the chat like "the next person to use the cata will be banned". In which case I deserve a good slap, wasn't really paying much attention to the chat at that time.

There was another guy that apparently objected to me using the cata cause he continued to kick me off the cata, again and again. This was annoying but instead of revenging I just ignored him and continued to get into the cata. He kicked me off at least 8 times.

Perhaps an admin saw this and wanted to ban him for what he did, which would be understandable, but mistakenly banned me.

I had used the cata for 3-4 shots, one of which I killed an opponent. Did not kill any friendlies because I actually know how to use it in that map, even though sometimes accidents happen.

It was my ban. You and the other player were kicking each other and were fighting for the cata. We don't give commands like "next person to shoot the cata will be banned". But fighting teammates for cata is bannable offense. There is a big warning shown whenever you join the server.

I will remove your ban when I go to the server later tonight. But please read and follow the rules (link).

Thank you for lifting ban. But just for the record I was not kicking him. He kicked me, then I mounted the cata, then he kicked again, and again and again. He never entered the cata, just didn't want me to use it.

I will just walk away next time though.

In any case, you have a few options. First you can vote kick him. You can also report him to admin in game (if any), or you can report here, with some kind of proof. For example a short clip or, if that's not an option, screenshots.
