Banned, Black Knight is brutal Options

Hello, I got banned Saturday, the 8th of March, from the Black Knight Sneaky Monkeys server on the Wolflair map. I understand why the admin did this, but I feel he/she misunderstood the situation severely. There was a teamkiller on the server who kept taunting and annoying players by teamkilling and never got kicked, so me and a friend just got angry and started spamkilling this guy. He was on our team, but he didn't contribute, and the server was filled with ~5 people including me, and everyone was basically just kidding around.

Suddenly an admin logged in and I was relieved because finally we could get this griefer kicked from the server. I asked if he/she could, and I shortly explained the situation, and got immediately banned from the server. It wasn't a kick; if I try to enter the server I can't because I'm simply permanently banned. This is very frustrating because it was one of my favourite servers.

Joined in the fun last night on the 50person server, though just tried to join now only to see the 'you are banned from this session' again.

Can someone please let me know what I have done wrong because I'm flummoxed! Going by just last nights session, I didn't do anything to my knowledge, to break rules - infact I was top of the leaderboard in a number of the games so contributing positively to the game. Maybe it was because of some friendly fire (followed by my apology)?

If there was an admin on during then that can tell why I was banned, please let me know.
