Hi,

A couple of days ago I got banned from your Chivalry server (SneakyMonkeys.com Limited Archer High Tick TC) for racism for quoting the line "NIGGA NIGGA NIGGGA NIGGA I'M 100% NIGGA" wheras I was obviously joking and it was not aimed at anyone. So I wonder why the admin took offense by this because I'm actually a black man myself. I understand that there are rules for racism but there is no need to get offended by these kind of *jokes*, if I can have a laugh at them why can't you? Anyways, would be greatful if you could unban me.

Regarding context e.g you being black yourself. Understand that this is one of the most common excuses used. Therefore to sidestep this the rules simply state racist language = ban. You use racist language for any reason and you get a ban.

Whether you personally find something racist is irrelevant. We have several members of different ethnicities here and the rules regarding no racist language were voted on by the majority. As a guest on the server your opinion means nothing, you're simply expected to follow this basic rule (which also exist on all the official servers too, even though it's not enforced as much due to lack of admins)

At the end of the day if you'd had the common sense or basic courtesy to come here and say 'sorry' & 'that you'd follow the rules in future' the ban probably would have been lifted.

However having read you posts the ban will be copied to both servers and remain permanent.
