Banned for no reason, Admin banned me while Captain Israel tried to kick off archers Options

So I was just playing on kingsgarden and I went archer for the rare opportunity I could be so.

Captain Israel went up as MAA and tried to kick the archer next to me off, so I heavy kicked him back. He pursues to do so on me so I did again, he was apparantly so low on health it killed him. Then he pursues to kick me and an admin instantly takes action to ban me from the server, while Captain Israel was trying to kick off archers downstairs to their death.

I don't think this was a good course of action of the said admin, which I can't recall who was online at the moment. For someone like Captain Israel who was warned for some days now to stop harassing people and start riots in the chat of the server, I find it unbelievable that I'm being punished while he was starting the fire. Of course it can't be helped that he died by my foot, but then again he just didn't stop kicking and kicking and kicking (I also almost died because of that.)

I don't know if it's because of anticisem / Because I was in the first place in the game / and or just because he's trolling.

The guy shot me 2 times with an arrow on purpse on the rooftop of the castle (i were there because enemies came from behind from that tunnel and i killed them, He shot me after i fought them infront of hes face) and then kicked me to death for no reason. I didn't kick any archer.
When I asked him in chat why he did it - He lied and said I kicked some archer. And then to come here and "report" this... He got some audacity.

About the case with 'stupid fat hobbit' (which was long ago), i confesse that i killed him, but only after it looked to me he hited me 2 times on purpse. (and maybe he did because no enemies were around).

By the way Marsche, 'BIG PUNISHER' is the nickname of my brother when he plays, he changes the nick.. but he's not playing lately.
