im writing you because my brother got banned

i have been playing this game for a long time and i didnt do anything so can you please lift the banned?

i told him not to argue on the chat with other people, so he wont do it again, and i apologize for hes behavior

he told me he started swearing and cursing because someone was trolling him about something that he didnt do, or something like that

Hi, I'll stop this thread here I think.

A couple of points to make. Firstly the good old 'someone else was using my computer' is probably one of the most common excuses used.

While you may be his brother (a couple of different email addresses prove nothing) there's really no way to prove you're not just the same person. In this sort of situation sometimes we might give someone the benefit of the doubt. However given captain Israel's behaviour - both in the server, followed by spamming a lot of very very harsh abuse in the shoutbox (that was deleted), even going so far as accusing me of being a racist anti-Semite in a public official server where I was called to admin, there is absolutely no way this ban would be lifted - it's already been transferred onto the permanent list so even if we move to a new game after chivalry that ban will remain.

To be honest he was fortunate to have his global ban lifted.

The alternative would be to trust your word and unban the account, however this would have the knock on effect of unbanning captain Israel, which given the behaviour listed above, will not happen.

Future posts relating to captain Israel will just be removed, as this appeal has already been dealt with.
If the shoutbox/forum starts being spammed with abuse again (although I'm sure that wouldn't happen, what with you being a different person). The posts will be removed and the IP reported to bezeqint.net for breach of acceptable usage
