Kicked a guy in spawn because he was in the way, Yet Another Fool said "sorry?" so, as banter I said "sry m8 pls no h8" and got instantly banned for 10 hours. Just thought it was a little harsh seeing as I literally say like 1 thing a week on that server, but whatever.

First of all, the 'whatever' attitude doesn't work here. Treat this like a business application. You want to be as honest and professional as you can be as you're presenting yourself to people you've never met and of whom you probably want something.
Secondly, is there a question or point to your post? If so, please state it clearly. Thirdly, kicking a guy in spawn counts as teamdamage and depending on the circumstances, admins will ban temporarily for it. This leads me to the point that Fool tends to be a reasonable guy and I doubt that guy really was blocking a path. Fourthly:
