Ban Appeal, Inquiring about a ban Options

Hey guys,

Just tried to get into the chivalry server this morning and i've been banned, i'm not sure what for. I was wondering if / how i could find out why and if it's temporary etc.
The only thing i can think of is i've been having some lag issues with my crappy net and have abandoned a few matches, but i apologise if i've violated some other rules (all unintentional).

I'm not sure if it counts for anything but I do really enjoy your server, pretty much the only one i play so i'm genuinely sorry if i've broken some rules.

Do you have someone in your house that is player of SM server as well ?

If you have, restart your router by turning on/off .It will solve your ip adress problem. ( if your ip adress is static there is nothing i can do about it, whoever got banned who were using your net, should make ban appeal and it should've lifted so you can play again)
