Ban Appeal, Inquiring about a ban Options

Hey guys,

Just tried to get into the chivalry server this morning and i've been banned, i'm not sure what for. I was wondering if / how i could find out why and if it's temporary etc.
The only thing i can think of is i've been having some lag issues with my crappy net and have abandoned a few matches, but i apologise if i've violated some other rules (all unintentional).

I'm not sure if it counts for anything but I do really enjoy your server, pretty much the only one i play so i'm genuinely sorry if i've broken some rules.

Steelshanks when was this? Because that's definitely not the kind of player I am. I love the game for what it is and don't troll or grief, i was kind of excited to finally find a server with other regular players that play the game well and provide a good experience so i really feel i have to defend myself here and say it wasn't me doing those things (besides the face i never use knives haha).

also nobody else on my net plays pc so i'm the only possible player on SM servers.

EDIT: just reset my router again and it seems to have fixed the problem! cheers guys, thanks Porsuk for the advice
