BAN apeal, Ban Options

Hi! I was banned from FREE WEEKENDS server. Reason - TD. I cant find in rules ban reason TD, only intentional TK (and I didn't TK). Situation was next: I was playing on cata when other player hit me(presume he wanted to shoot from cata), and I give him a hit back. Admin gives me ban for one week.
I can also add that I was hit several times before that while played on cata(and even hit one of 6-7 times my teammate, but accidents happen on cata), and admin did nothing about that (well I presume that maybe he didn't saw that).

I find this at least unfair, or even against server rules.

What happened here is that you were caught team hitting on purpose (yes that includes kicking for cata) and the admin in question didn't see the other guy do the same thing before, otherwise he'd been kicked as well. That's how we operate, if you were really hit several times all you had to do is inform the said admin of that and they'd definitely intervene. Or start a vote. Team hitting for ANY reason is forbidden, there's no wrongdoing on the admin's part.
