BAN apeal, Ban Options

Hi! I was banned from FREE WEEKENDS server. Reason - TD. I cant find in rules ban reason TD, only intentional TK (and I didn't TK). Situation was next: I was playing on cata when other player hit me(presume he wanted to shoot from cata), and I give him a hit back. Admin gives me ban for one week.
I can also add that I was hit several times before that while played on cata(and even hit one of 6-7 times my teammate, but accidents happen on cata), and admin did nothing about that (well I presume that maybe he didn't saw that).

I find this at least unfair, or even against server rules.

A few lines beneath: The only reason to kick a teammate is if they are blocking an exit. So even a simple kick is forbidden most of times.

If for whatever reason you'd still choose to argue that the rules do not specifically mention dealing damage to teammates on purpose (only kicks and kills), then you better don't embarass yourself.
