I got banned ( I think) i accidently killed a friendly men, and then he attackd me at the spawn so i attack him again and then i got banned.

It was me.

If I see people fighting each other at spawn, occupying two slots on the server, maybe hitting other friendlies that may pass by or get in the middle to separate them, I tend to ban both.

It may seem harsh, but it is literally the first thing in the welcoming screen

If I see two people going at it, one is looking for committing an intentional TK and the other is looking for committing a revenge tk.
Both bannable offenses.

I have no way of knowing who started, so I ban both.

When someone Tks you or attacks you, stand still and let them do it... call a mod, or collect evidence of it happening and come to the forums and denounce them.
Don't attack back, because all I see at that point is two equally guilty rulebreakers.
