Racism? Options

I dont know what happened, the map started and 4 seconds later i got kicked for "Racism"? Please, can anybody explain me this? The map before i use the votekicking system and wrote some replics, but racism....? No, i am sorry but i am confused. How long is my ban and when can i play again on your server?

I personally am against blocking the entire IP range, solely because I don't want other players to be affected because of him.

By the way, while in theory VPN should cause massive pings - I've tested it myself many times and depending on the chosen server there would often barely be a difference (up to 10-15 ping up if I chose London for example). So we still can't do anything about it.

Edit: we probably shouldn't be giving him these ideas lul

Just for reference it's a geographic range, so it means blocking all people using that ISP within that city area. Still a bit of a sledgehammer to crack a nut

Regarding the VPN though, it's really easy to block VPN endpoints on the server.
