My Ban-Appeal, / Options

Hey Monkeyfiend,

I'm Darth Syphilis, currently Member of Celtes, and I'm trying to get unbanned from your Chivalry-server.

Here's a description of my banning-circumstances:

° Gamename : SM-server with ''King's Garden-Map'' running

° Steamprofiles : http://steamcommunity.com/id/LeDarthSyphilis/ [my page]
http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197990948965/ [this is the friend of mine, whom I greated
inappriotely according to =SM=Xacobo]
http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197982280525 [page of the admin who presumably banned me]

° Time : it was around noon, can't tell for sure which time it exactly happened
° Dates : 24.10.2017

° Reason of ban : the ban-reason was ''Racist language'' and the ban was presumably given by your member =SM= Xacobo

° Description of the banning-moment: my friend ''Haflige'' joined the SM-server on which i was already playing several
rounds without any issues whatsoever.
As i recognize him joining, i greeted him with following sentences :

''HAFLIGE. WASSUUUP MY NIGGA'' and was banned presumably by Xacobo.

Haflige didnt respond to my greetings as he didnt saw it, he said as i talked to
him following the ban and he wasnt being offended by my choice of words as he
knows it's not meant in any racist way whatsoever.


° Conclusion: I apologize if I trespassed ur server rules and I understand that =SM= Xacobo punished me for what he
assumed an racist attack on a player on your servers.
I will make sure this choice of words won't be used from me on ur server again.
I hereby ask You, =SM= Monkeyfiend, to lift this ban from my account if You see it fit to do so.

Good morning Xacobo,

I thank You for your swift answer and unban!

As I waited for a response to my ban-appeal yesterday, i scrolled through your forums [ they are a great read btw ] and I took the the time to familiarise myself with the SM-server-rules, including the addtional threads dealing with racist language. [this one helped me understand the situation better: http://www.sneakymonkeys.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1787 ]

I can understand Your point of view, especially MonkeyFiend's comparison to an house party; if one breaks the rules of the house keepers, it is their right to kick you out of the party.
The fact, that you guys at SM are very strict on upholding these server policies is your personal choice and I can respect that.

So, I have no hard feelings and hopefully Xacobo does not, too .
