Ban for hacking? Options

I have been playing on your server for a few months and have just been banned for "hacking".
I must add that I never used anything other than my abilities that I acquired over the months. No programs or the like to cheat. For this reason, I think that it is a misunderstanding and I ask for clarification. I was accused by a player for "speedhack", then banned by an admin. I do not know which admin banned me, just remember that Porsuk was present.

Yes, i issued the ban.

While people were complaning about your status during game, i have switched over as spectator and i saw that you were groundsniffing. It is not alllowed. So i did issue the ban temporarily but i put a hack note as side note to investigate further.

Since whoever saw that you had speedhacking didn't provide any evidence but i saw that you were groundsniffing and some awkward movements probably caused by packetloss, it might be make think those people that you are hacking or similar.

Therefore, im going to lift your ban but you have to know this, groudsniffing is not allowed.
