I was banned for ping, when I lived in Brazil, I'm back in America, with ethernet Options

I was banned around 3 years ago when I lived in Brasil. My internet was terrible, and my ping was around 500. I got banned from the SneakyMonkeys server that has over 60 player slots. I would love to play in it. My ping is good, now. I have high-speed internet. Cheers
