Ban appeal, Please let the ban go, I want to play until Chiv ain't dead Options

Admin: Brave Sir Robin (initially 3 days) + MonkeyFiend extended it to 30 days because of "mischief"

Situation no.1: I kicked multiple times a teammate in order to be able to escort a stuck player from the other team (Ozone, who is my in game buddy) back to the mason's territory. I chosed to kick him because I did not want to TK, also I did not want them to kill Ozone. In the post of Catbug he provides a video recording in which you can see that I asked to let Ozone pass, for which the reply was :"let him, in a COFFIN" (Catbug/Coneman's response). I tried to get Ozone back to the cave. Because Catbug tried to shoot him with a ballista, I destroyed the ballista while trying to not damage my teammate which goal I did achieve. As you can see it in the video, I did not damage my teammate with my weapon. When the situation started to be complicated, Ozone got the ballista and they started to fight, I did not intervene because I was not aiming to be a TKer. I simply walked away at the first instance when Ozone showed aggressivity towards my teammate. I did what I did in order to lead back a buddy to safety in the name of fair play because we captured really fast the gates of the cave and he spawned too late. I did not protect a spawnkiller, I did not TK a teammate. I do apologise for causing damage to a teammate, however I think it is important that I used only kicks which shows that I was not aiming to kill the said teammate, but to keep him in a safe distance from my buddy. I am following the SM rules' guidlines generally. As I understand the SM rules, I did not violate them, only if the kicking is counted as TKing. If so, I apologise for it. If escorting a buddy from another team is unacceptable, I will avoid it in the futur.

Situation no2.: MonkeyFiend mentioned that I was up to mischief lately. This I do not understand since I cannot recall any kind of rude behaviour. I would be delighted if you could point out what I did, because now without details I am unsure what do you have in mind. Maybe my small argument with Queen who thought I question her/his authority, but I only wanted to know how can I contact an admin if I am muted and I want to appeal (I was muted in a match bc we spoke about some dividing things in the chat(in a previous match), but when the admin asked us to stop, most of us did with a few exceptions who were spanked. At the time I felt it accidental that Queen muted me and wanted to parole). In that time I did phrase my question poorly and it might have came down as standoffish for which I apologised there to said admin. Sadly, I have no proof to support my statement, as I said I do not record. though I do not want to blame Queen or any other admin since it was a mutual misunderstanding sourced in my poorly phrased questions, therefore the responsability is on my part (that's why I apologised). If I am mistaken, could you please specify what do you mean under mischief that results in a 10 times longer ban than the initial? I am up to communicate it out, bc I dont want to leave a bitter taste after this

I'm seeing you mentioned my name here for some reason so I guess I need to respond. Correct me if I'm wrong, by mischief, I believe MonkeyFiend means that situation on Belmez when a group of 4-5 people, including you, started talking about race and racism. Maybe there have been other instances where you misbehaved since then, apart from the most recent report about you. I don't know.

I don't remember all of it, but some people said that racist jokes are ok and racism isn't bad and a bunch of trolling/edgy comments. Before things escalated I asked everyone in chat to please change the subject. I then began warning and people still didn't seem to care. Then MonkeyFiend kindly reminded me that I should probably start muting, which I admit I should have done sooner. I guess sadly some people lack basic human decency and nothing but mute/ban works on them.

After several people got muted, things seemed calm for a few seconds/minutes then again YOU brought up that topic AGAIN...Despite having TWO admins warning you & everyone. You need to understand that the server isn't the place to discuss these things.

About that "argument" you said me and you had... It wasn't an argument, maybe you were looking for one. Some maps later, you were no longer muted and you started asking about the mute. You said "Oh but how can I communicate with my mates if I'm muted?"; "How can I play the game, I can't help my mates". You made yourself look like a victim, then you asked what if you wanted to parole while muted? If I am honest, you sounded very entitled, as if your rights were violated and this gave me really bad impression. Btw, I don't think the reason for your ban extension was because of this, because I haven't told anyone about it, but I guess it's good that you brought it up now.


I simply told you that your mute has expired, was fully deserved and not to look for an issue and maybe learn from this and not do it again? You need to read the rules and remember them.

Yeah, I mentioned your name because this was the first situation that came to my mind for which I might be punished now. I did not partake in racist speech, especially not on the biggest living server where it is in all form against the rules.

The two games, where I have been muted, and in the other, where I asked about how can one parole if he or she think is muted accidentaly as a result of a collective punishement, were on seperate days. I think it was a week/weeks ago, I am unsure about the date (covid takes away the objective sense of time).
In the first game where that discussion took place, I stopped when you asked us to stop, since I did not want to be banned or smg. Tbh, I am not sure what was the exact topic, I do know that I respected your demand. Maybe my muting was deserved, because that's your ruling and I can accept that. I am not a racist.
The second time, I asked you about what platforms are open if someone assumes that he or she has been muted accidentally or undeservedly. As I said, I might have phrased my question poorly which resulted in a weird discussion between us (which I did not seek to have at all). I think you are right, I came down as a victim and was a bit standoffish, as I remember I have apologised for that in the same game (I think it was on Dark Forest). On the other hand you misunderstood my question a bit, and it seemed like you think I am questioning your authority. If you don't remember: I am sorry again, I was butthurt bc I couldnt communicate with others despite the fact that I respected your demand to let the touchy object go and I can see that sometimes there are mistakes in the punishment even then I can accept that.It's okay to rule with a firm hand and I can understand that completely.

As u can see, I said I take the responsability for asking a wrongly phrased question. However, I reject firmly even the accusation of the racist speech and I would appreciate if you do not try to frame me with it. The only time I would use such a register is when it is for comedic purpose, though I stay away even from that on SM since it would result in an unwanted ban.

Still I would be pleased to know what was my "mischief" that resulted in a 30 day ban since as I see I did not violate any rules, except that I kicked a teammate for the above detailed reasons. If under mischief MonkeyFiend meant that I was taking part in a racist discussion, I would be delighted to see any kind of evidence. I haye my standards and racism isnt accepted by me, therefore I avoid it for personal reasons.

Can my ban be lifted or at least show which rule did I really violate, please?

Edit1: BTW I couldn't even bring up the subject since I was already muted....
