![]() Monkeys i have sold my macbook pro =( A machine which rivals no other! Sold as its losing value as the new models are out. So i thought to build a desktop anyone got ideas? What do i need etc? Reckon it could be done at at say £350 not including monitor? Just want a stable yet running bf2 well. ![]() anyways hope all clan members are well! custom PC magazine did an article of the perfect gaming PC for £447. This was from april so you may want to swap and change hardware to keep it up to date.
Heres what they suggested: Case- Cooler Master RC-330 V2 PSU- 500W FSP Blue Storm II Mobo- Gigabyte GA-P1-DS3L Processor- 1.6GHZ Intel E2140 RAM- 2GB Corsair TwinXXMS2 HSF- Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro G card- 256mb XFX 8800GT OS- Vista home premium So as a basis id say thats pretty good but id get a better processor such as E7200 (which i have) overclocks like a beast. and graphics card you may consider getting a 512mb 8800GT (which I have also but the overclocked version).
