Ban appeal, Got a 10-hour ban for using caps in no more than 4 sentences Options

So yea,

As some of you might know, I have played on this server for over a year, almost non-stop. I took a long break after I couldn't bear the bugs. I have grown now, known other games. I am kind of coming back and now I can really ease with how the game is finally shaping out. However, I just joined today for literally 5mins. There was someone crying about cheating, and I sarcastically joked in full CAPS in no more than 4 or 5 sentences... I got no remark until a normal player said to ease down. I joked back saying "I cap when I want, ok?" ofc in full caps. Then I played on for like 2mins, and suddenly a 10 hour ban.

I had 0 warning from any admins, nor does anything in the rules state anything about full caps (I just read through the rules again).

I understand the action of the admin, I understand it's annoying (even though I didn't continue doing it, it was bikkelclear I had stopped right there), but I don't understand a 10 hour ban, especially for something so minute that could have easily been avoided.

I hope this ban can be lifted, I had hoped to get some fun time in the SneakyMonkey server, like good old times.

I didn't even get a warning. Nobody told me "hey, please don't CAPS. If you continue to do so, we will have to ban you". Nobody. I know you can't TK, you can't call out admin, you can't grief or otherwise ruin anyone else's play experience. All I did was joke about CAPS. I'm 100% sure that many players are just getting kicked when they TK continuously, before they are getting banned. I even got kicked as a warning, and I only got banned once for a dispute between an admin. I understand all of those, but I don't understand this.

There is no way that players get an immediate 10 hour ban. I have often heards admins speak about 1 hour bans for just TK, which I find honestly more of an issue in this game than just CAPS, that I had clearly stopped.

Is there really, no way, to lift my ban to 1-hour only...? I'd really love to play on the server, like I have always done. Never have I been so quickly banned for something so small and unimportant. A 1 hour ban seems more appropriate to me. If anything, I can definitly tell I will not caps anymore at this point, at least it has been clarified to me that I can't do it, at all.

The admin was probably overwhelmed by more issues at the same time and maybe considered you were adding to the chaos. And/or has a scripted 10h ban that he forgot to change for your case.
Anyway, we don't lift bans until we have heard from the admin that did the ban. Sorry.

i and other admins don't have to deal with nonsense.You know writing with CAPS on web means shouting.

So you said you will continue to do it which you did before that statement thats why you have been banned for 10 hours.Is it hard to type with lower case ?.I can understand sometimes writing CAPS are okay.Also accidental type is okay.

But making this like a challenge while many admins are online, it is not good behavior while on Sunday where we are really busy with all team damagers / team killers, spammers, trolls etc.As i said we don't have to deal with this nonsense.Can i make myself clear now ?

i will drop your ban 10 hours to 1 hour but if i see similar non-sense, you will get longer ban.

Ok, thank you very much. I'm sorry to barge in the server with such attitude, obviously it is not very wanted, I just wanted to make a point clear with someone who was crying about cheating (since he was lagging), I understand now that doing so is not right and especially not in CAPS. I will refrain from doing so in the future. And, I didn't take into account or knew that Sunday is a busy day, though that makes sense for admins since the traffic is higher, will also keep that in mind.

I'm not sure what's happening today, but I had a long problem connecting to the server. I was finally able to get in-game as I left it a bit loading, went to get a cup of tea, joined a team. I was playing and then suddenly around 1min and 40 seconds before the end of the map I got kicked again, without reason specified. Is this a bug or misunderstanding? I don't even know if an admin did it It has sound playing on the background as it kept on the loading screen, but I have had this a few times before, never caused any problems specifically. I have no clue what's the deal, but I'm clearly not very welcome anymore

It was the game. I could join on mapchange. Sorry for the confusion.
