Banned on Sneaky Monkey´s Server on Chivalry Options

Hello Admin´s!
I was playing on your Server for a while now and i really enjoyed it.
Mainly because it is the only Server that as 64 slots on Chivalry.
Anyways i got banned because of: "cata bullying".
I really just accidently killed the guy with the flag on Belmez and i apologizet because of that.
I always apologize when i teamkill on accident.
I see a lot of players who don´t even react or care about that.
Anyways then i kicked someone of the cata cuz i was using it just a second ago and he saw that i was using it.
So actually he was the bullier.
And that is why i got banned...
Many people kick me off and destroy the cata several times and they don´t get banned or even kicked...
In my opinion this is unfair.
You should look at some of your active admins and see if they still decide wisely and treat everyone the same.
Maybe if the Admin who banned me can text me or explain to me what i did so wrong and against the server rules i will gladly apply these changes to my playstile.
But for now i would love to play on your Server again and have some fun with my friends.

Admins can't see everything that happens in the map but when they see something against the rules, they take action. What you did was wrong and you paid the price for it.

Also, the cata is not exclusively yours...

Wait for the admin that banned you to respond...I'm pretty sure they will give you a second chance if you apologize and keep a nice attitude

You were using cata you left it, i dont don't know why, i got cata after i got it 2 secs later you kicked me out of cata to use it again.

Is not trolling ? and you are saying that it is me who did bully to you ?

Ok i understand that.
That was wrong on my side, you are right there.
I just wanted to say that it is a little harsh to ban me instantly, a kick would be a better option in my opinion.
For me it seemed like that everyone else is just playing way more against the rules, that´s what it seems like to me.
Some guys are destroying the cata and kicking me off several times and i don´t see them getting banned...
Anyway i won´t do that again, if that is cata trolling as your definition.
But i just wanted to say that i think an instant ban is little overreacted, a warning before would be nice.
So i apologize for what i did and i would like to be unbanned from the server.
Hope you can understand my piont here.

I would like to suggest check ban appeal section and you will see enough ban appeals because of cata trolling.

In addition which you don't see, there are many cata trolls who didn't even make ban appeal.

I will lift your ban when i will become online.If you do same action again, you will get permanent ban and if you see similar things happen to you gather evidence like recording video and send it to here, we will ban those players because what they do.
