Hi! I was banned from FREE WEEKENDS server. Reason - TD. I cant find in rules ban reason TD, only intentional TK (and I didn't TK). Situation was next: I was playing on cata when other player hit me(presume he wanted to shoot from cata), and I give him a hit back. Admin gives me ban for one week.
I can also add that I was hit several times before that while played on cata(and even hit one of 6-7 times my teammate, but accidents happen on cata), and admin did nothing about that (well I presume that maybe he didn't saw that). I find this at least unfair, or even against server rules. waiting for your reply, thank you. |

What happened here is that you were caught team hitting on purpose (yes that includes kicking for cata) and the admin in question didn't see the other guy do the same thing before, otherwise he'd been kicked as well. That's how we operate, if you were really hit several times all you had to do is inform the said admin of that and they'd definitely intervene. Or start a vote. Team hitting for ANY reason is forbidden, there's no wrongdoing on the admin's part.

Really not sure if this one's mine, but I've been banning near catas a lot, so... My bans are a week long, I probably banned the other dude as well, so all's fair.

A few lines beneath: The only reason to kick a teammate is if they are blocking an exit. So even a simple kick is forbidden most of times. If for whatever reason you'd still choose to argue that the rules do not specifically mention dealing damage to teammates on purpose (only kicks and kills), then you better don't embarass yourself. -------------------- |

If you do not want to embarrass yourself then maybe you should read question more carefully....
I do not see in the rules that punishment for TD is BAN! BAN, according the rules, is for intentional TK. I would agree if I would be kicked from game for TD, but not banned. And as far as I know admins usually warn about ban first... |

Intentional TKs includes intentional TD. That's obvious to pretty much every one except you since I've never ever heard that argument before and I'm seriously confused right now. Do the rules say we can ban you for intentional TK? Yes they do.

Well in one thing you are right..it is not obvious for me. TD is not same thing as TK... But I will not argue any further on this subject.
And do not abuse users...it just not polite ("then you better don't embarass yourself"). People do this when there is a lack of arguments in their words. |
