Date: about a month ago, exact date unknown
Steam: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198854126252 Admin : not sure Situation : I TK’ed someone at the start of the round, kicked them off the boat because i thought it would be funny. The admin had every right to ban me for this, so i come now to ask forgiveness as not many popular chivalry servers exist, and i do love playing the game. I can only apologise for what i did and assure you that it wont purposefully happen again. Thank you for your time |

Hi,
You'll have to wait for up to 3 days for admin who banned you to respond. If that doesn't happen we'll provisionally lift your ban. Please remind is in 3 days by replying to this thread. Please note, that for some reason the admin used the admin menu to ban you, and these bans are bugged. Removing them requires editing the configuration file while the server is stopped. We prefer to do that when there aren't players on the server or if it's down for another reason, so it may take additional time to lift the ban. Happy New Year |

I got the reminder but I wasn't around much these days, plus to remove your ban required that we restart the server, so it was always going to take additional time. I finally did this today, so you should be able to join. For my fellow admins: I think this is the first time I remove netid ban. I was able to log in the server, checked a couple of bans and they seem to still be present. I also compared the ban list and only Tech's ban seems to be removed. However I had some issues with the file encoding and that's why I write this. Originally the file was UTF-16. When I stopped the server, modified the file and saved it, the file was in UTF-8. It's now back to UTF-16. In any case I saved the file before I modified it, so perhaps just a light spanking would be enough?
