To shed some light on this from our side: when you speak any other language than English, we can't determine what you're saying. Occasionally the admin will actually be from the same country, but usually it means that players can say whatever they want to, not seldom resulting in cursing, racist slurs and other non-do-goodery. It's not that we're trying to single out non-english speakers, but not doing it means risking ruining the experience for other people who do happen to speak that language. Because the internet is a crappy place overall and we like to be a little island of tranquility, in cases like this we often pick the option that improves the vibe of the server. It may not seem or even be fair to everyone, but we dislike the other option even more.

Have a little patience. Furthermore, saying he killed you first doesn't mean the rules suddenly don't count for you anymore. If you tk'ed, accept it and apologize. With a bit of luck, the apology will be accepted and you'll be unbanned within a few days. Yes, days. Patience is key.

First of all, the 'whatever' attitude doesn't work here. Treat this like a business application. You want to be as honest and professional as you can be as you're presenting yourself to people you've never met and of whom you probably want something.

Thirdly, kicking a guy in spawn counts as teamdamage and depending on the circumstances, admins will ban temporarily for it. This leads me to the point that Fool tends to be a reasonable guy and I doubt that guy really was blocking a path.

What bucket meant to say was that you'll have to wait until the admin who made the ban shows up. If they feel you deserve another chance, you can get unbanned, perhaps after a certain period of time. If they feel the ban should be permanent, it will remain that way.

Doesn't matter whether it "seems legit" to you. It's not going to magically change things. Have some patience until the admin who made the ban shows up.

In the meantime, for all the admins, go and help pester the new guys into showing their faces on the forum. I don't see a whole lot of them and it could've been one of them.

I'm guessing an admin mistook your mistakes for intent and kicked you because of it. In that vein, kicking/banning you again once you returned makes sense.

It's up to the admin who made the ban whether it will be lifted. Again, asking gets you very, very far. If you have any questions for him/her, feel free to ask. Agreed with trout. It is NOT allowed to attack teammates. You are no exception to the rule, no matter the circumstances.

An admin is, just like any other player, NOT allowed to use bugs to his advantage. However, the question is whether it was intentional. I'm not familiar with this bug/trick so I have no idea how it works.
