Ban Appeal Options

I was on the Chivalry server today (08-01-2016) at about 1320 GMT and was kicked for 'unspecified reason', then when I tried to rejoin it says I have been IP banned.

I don't recall saying or doing anything distinct (though I may have, my memory isn't very good so I might have said something in chat. I have been warned for complaining about things before), though I have a feeling that it might be something to do with my ping spikes. I have an unstable wifi connection which sometimes decides every few minutes to spike my ping up 200 points for a few seconds, which forces me to sort of stand around and wait for it to pass. This hasn't been a problem before for anyone else, but I suppose different admins have different standards, and there are a lot of players to get lost in, and a lot of admins to meet in a 64 player server so maybe it is a problem previously overlooked.

I'd at least like to have details on the ban, even if there is no intention on lifting it.
