The reason the 'no racist language for any reason' rules exist is to prevent people purposely trying to troll. Usually the easiest trolling is someone looking to 'debate' a contentious topic then get people drawn into it. Once such topics open up trying get to the bottom of who started it or the perceived intent of various comments becomes damned near impossible. Therefore the rules are very clear cut and not open to subjective interpretation.
Now a person trolling may or not have been the case, but the rules are clear cut for this reason: any racist language results in ban. Guy upheld these rules and was acting perfectly properly.
Because you disagree with the interpretation or the enforcement is, quite frankly, meaningless to me.
Regarding your appeal, it was doing well up until this point:

Please unban me and find some more mature admins.
Ultimately the appeal is for Guy to decide on, which Is potentially good for you since following this last parting barb if it were down to me, I'd leave you perma banned, since this statement shows no obvious contrition or understanding of why the ban was made, therefore rendering any appeal as meaningless lipservice.
