Can I get unbanned from the 64 Team Objective server please? I don't know why I was banned, but I think it was because I was fighting with a teammate who kept kicking me down, and I attacked him. Then I got banned not him.

Anyways, that was a long time ago. I think it would be nice that I could get a second chance.

The ban was listed as teamkilling in a previous round on the 1st February.

Aside from some your delightful playernames, I also notice several VAC bans on your account :/

Yea, I attacked someone who kicked me down. Robin saw that as me attacking him. And I understand, I did attack him. But if he knew the reason for it he might've not banned me. Anyways, I would like to apologize for that, for not just asking the staff for help, and putting the law in my own hands. That was wrong.

The VAC bans was in 2011, me and my brother was playing Call Of duty Modern Warfare with mods on. I was 14 then. And I have never cheated online again. That's why I am not banned on Chivalry or other games.

I think I deserve a second chance, your server is pretty cool. And I don't think a minor teamkilling deserves permanent ban. I mean, cmon. I did not kill everyone in spawn, I simply attacked one guy. If it was everyone I would understand the perm ban.

Yea, my nicknames have been edgy, but I have not trolled on Chivalry, I just want to play seriously.

Okay, so what does my VAC bans have to do with anything? It was 2011, it was 6 years ago. Please tell me that. And if my nicknames bother this server so much somehow. I can change my name everytime I go on the server if that is such a big problem.

I seriously thought I would get mature people answering this post. Giving me real reasons why I cannot be unbanned. I have yet to hear a real reason why not to. Instead I see a "SM veteran" acting like a little baby.

I have been banned for 2 months. and 17 days. Isn't that enough for a minor teamkilling? I am sorry, It won't happen again. What more can I do?

Firstly, to set background, I am not a great fan of people who cheat in multiplayer games as a general rule. If you want to ruin your own game with cheats it's one thing, but you must realise it ruins everyone else's game too? You also have to understand the group that run servers rely on them retaining popularity and the actions of people that come on with cheats 'for the luls' damage the ability of such group to operate and maintain servers? Typically such behavior doensn't go down well with the general game populations and even less so with those that spend a lot of money trying to run and maintain such servers.

Regarding who earned the VAC bans: from understanding no one in the history of VAC has ever actually been personally banned. It always seems to be their brother/sister/cousin/grandma. Since it's the generic excuse we treat it as "your account=your responsiblity" - again it's not like we target you directly because you have VAC bans (and I use the plural here, multiple VAC bans, across more than one game) but if you get pullled for something else, then such factors are worthy of consideration.

So, let's try an analogy.. imagine the game server like a house party, you turn up and you've got a 'vac' badge to show you have a record of dodgyness, like stealing things from previous unrelated parties. People might be a bit suspicious of you. Skip forward, you then break the rules of the party and one of the hosts has seen fit to throw you out. It's not directly related to you're history of theft, but abusive behaviour combined with this as a precedent (and don't forget the wonderfully mature playernames) is likely to reflect poorly upon you. What I'm saying is if you had no history of douchbag behavior you could always say sorry, won't happen again, but in your case you have ahistory of other mischief.



So regarding my comments, I looked at your playernames e.g. 'a disgusting black person', 'a fucking jew' etc., - again it makes you come across as an edgy kid. But again is not directly relevent, but does add some precedent.

What I then said is we'd leave it for Robin to decide on lifting it.
These are the rules in general - we don't lift each others bans usually.

If you can't grasp the points above, there's little point in me continuing to try and reason.

If Robin wants to unban you, he is free to. If Robin choses to keep the ban or doesn't reply the ban stands and thread will be closed.

I do get your points, but the reason he said to not unban me was - "Multiple VAC bans, plus lovely nicknames in the past." My VAC bans, and my nicknames is totally irrelevant here. He coulda went for the actual reason I was banned instead of going to the reasons I'm not.

I never said I blame my brother for my VAC bans. I can say it again. I did cheat, but it was a long time ago. It was 6 years ago. If I were a cheater to this day, I would still cheat on Chivalry, which I don't. Never will do. I don't even feint in duels, which I consider "cheating".. lol.


But my nicknames is childish, yes. But I don't really see them as a problem here. It's just names. It's just jokes. As you're seeing now, I can be mature and act civil. It's not like I go around trolling everyday.


I doubt that Robin will lift my ban, since you two obviously oppose it. But do you really think a minor teamkilling is worth permanent ban?

I want to be unbanned, but if Robin decides not to then sure. But atleast unban my IP adress, so that my brother can play on your server. Whenever he tries to join it says "Your IP adress has been banned". Which I think is unfair, because he had nothing to do with my crimes.

First a quick note. Don't try reverse psychology tricks. Instinctively they make me want to do a double reverse.

Second, the "minor team killing" is one of the two main offences, that you should NOT do. Guess what the other one is?


Yup! No racist or hate speech. For ANY reason. Not for "joking", not for "quoting", not for "explaining", all excuses we've seen. The thing that's redeeming for you is, that you didn't use such a nick-name while in our server.

I normally give people a second chance, if their appeal seems seems reasonable and sincere. Frankly, yours is right on the edge. You've been banned for month and a half, which I think is adequate punishment. So I will lift your ban next time I'm in-game, probably later today or tonight. Please don't make me regret it, because I'm sure that bucket and trout will be like "I told you so" for at least a month!


Tell is if your brother can't join after the unban, so we can take a look at that.
