Was´nt "rule" banned for racism?? And is`nt [CCH]* * st@mpfer^rule* the same guy?? The one that always polite ???? Then my question is: why is he playing on the server again???

He was only banned for a week, have had no problems with him since so hopefully nothing of the same sort will happen again.

also he did apolgise profusely so on this occasion we left it as a 2 week (think it was 2 week and not 1 week?) ban - I've kept an eye on the swear filter since and there haven't been any other issues. If it does happen again the ban will be permanent.

tousty, he was very rude at one point, but after his punishment of a 2 week ban he has been fine since.

he only had a 2 week ban because i voted against a permanent ban - hes a good player and i like playing in his squad

If people in general make racist comments on the server they will be banned. There was some debate within the clan regarding rule, as it was one comment after several months of playing on the server without making any offensive comments. As it appears to be a one-off.

Due to previous good behavior, the issue was put to a vote and a decision made whether to enfoce the ban permanently or over a period 1 week, 1 month etc*.,

The clan members decided for a 2 week ban, which was put in place. There was also the condition that if it happened again the ban would be permanent.
Obviously there has not been any incidents since then.
So the matter is closed.

If there is any complaints regarding the server please feel free to PM me, otherwise the topic appears to be veering away from bf2 so will be closed.

*I voted permanent! but was overruled - although in reflection, I believe the matter was dealt with correctly.
