I'm from East Yorkshire and my ping averages at 126. I have the floatset config set accordingly which helps.

When I see dumdum again I will set him up with Daemon Tools so he doesn't need his disc to play. He only lives a mile or two away.

As for dumdums disc - I believe standing on it was accidental (but the jumping up and down on it may not have been )

Coincidentally servers can prevent people playing using daemon tools and mini-images (although I'm sure not many do)

Myself, I've still not got back into bf2 or any other game for that matter (other than the occasional stint on lord of the rings online) but am mostly just sitting back and waiting for my mediterranean holiday on monday where I expect my pasty computer nerd complexion will be burnt into a nice healthy shade of carcinoma

Carcinoma = not a colour, it's a word to describe epithelial cancer (such as skin cancer)

Just saying after spending so many years in basements surrounded by servers, I'm likely to get sunburnt to a crisp within minutes of direct sunlight
