I dont know what happened, the map started and 4 seconds later i got kicked for "Racism"? Please, can anybody explain me this? The map before i use the votekicking system and wrote some replics, but racism....? No, i am sorry but i am confused. How long is my ban and when can i play again on your server?

It was me that banned you.
A few players reported you for racist language, and I was shown a screenshot.

As it was told to me, you were votekicking anyone Turkish in the server, as well as saying some things like "its full of turkish idiots here".
While I understand it's frustrating if everyone in chat is speaking a language that you don't understand, it doesn't mean it's okay to respond in a racist manner.

One of our main rules clearly says no racism, shown every time upon joining the server.

I thank you for your quick response and would not like to justify my behavior here. It was a small dispute between kundalini, kronos and myself; Previously, kundalini, probably in jest, wrote a few "Erdogan Spams". This went a bit too far so that the multiple of the players kicked him out after my vote.
There were a few insults to my address on the part of the player "kronos" and that was it. I answered with the unsightly sentence "full of turkish idiots here".
I'm sorry to have written these words and it will not happen again, I promise.
To the accusation of racism: I do not know any hatred for other peoples or skin colors, unfortunately or fortunately, I must confess that all political matters do not matter to me.
But, I am aware that my words could be interpreted as racism in chat, and I would like to apologize for that.

I've chosen not to read the posts after Tanz was ousted. As far as I'm concerned he's still banned, so there's little more to say.

Assuming Tanz with random accounts is becoming a problem, we could just block the entire ipbcc20ec1.dynamic.kabel-deutschland.de range. It might however effect a few other users, but would essentially mean Tanz could generate as many family share or alt accounts as he likes but would only be able to connect via a different ISP or a Proxy/VPN, (the latter in practice causes massive pings). Those options would essentially make the server unplayable for him.

Any thoughts?

I personally am against blocking the entire IP range, solely because I don't want other players to be affected because of him.

By the way, while in theory VPN should cause massive pings - I've tested it myself many times and depending on the chosen server there would often barely be a difference (up to 10-15 ping up if I chose London for example). So we still can't do anything about it.

I am up for the IP ban, he has broken several of our server rules, tried numerous ways to evade the ban, goes around votekicking people for no apparent reason other than a personal dislike for them, comes up with more bullshit lies and the list goes on. Clearly, he is suffering some form of mental illness which causes his delusional and toxic behaviour. Even if the IP range ban affects other players they can always come to the forum like it has happened when you banned another ranged IP in the UK

Just for reference it's a geographic range, so it means blocking all people using that ISP within that city area. Still a bit of a sledgehammer to crack a nut

Regarding the VPN though, it's really easy to block VPN endpoints on the server.

MonkeyFiend once wrote a spell serves to exclude the player from the server and not the account the latter uses. He could indeed appear with a new account as the same player, which is not desired.
I can assure you, the admins, that the person who used the account "General Tanz" and was banned from you ever since the ban never played on your server again.
This is exactly what happened, according to your laws, to ban the player and not the account alone.
