Voila je me suis fait kick il y a meme pas 20 minutes par Asder ( encore une fois ... décidement )

Bon je me fais TK comme d'ab ( la il n'y a aucun kick ) je me combat dans la melee a coté du chariot , en combot , je me retourne je vois un mec je le tappe ( pour moi rouge , mais hélas bleu ) . Par malchance c'etait le mec qui ma TK juste avant , et bien sur asder qui ne doit surement pas m'aimé , etait sur moi en mode slack .

Je n'ai meme pas eu le TEMPS d'écrire desoler , que j'ai etais instant kick ! direct ! et puis voila la raison du kick sérieusement .

Donc je redemande un débann s'il vous plait .

Et pour Asder , je me mélange avec la communauté , il suffit d'etre la le soir quand il y a mikeh , dilthy , bastion , reya etc .

bref , il me semble que je respect la charte tout le temps que je suis sur le serveur , donc pour moi c'est un peu un abus du kick mais bon ... comme on dit les modo/admin on toujours raison .

I'm the admin who banned him.

Here is my version.
Nemtos was in a melee, a teammate vanguard charged behind him and hitted him while also killing the enemy. (I was spectating the now dead mason)
Nemtos turned back, looked at him, and starteted attacking him. It took him 5 hits to kill him, the other guy did not fight back or defended himself.
I have warned Nemtos before that attacking back teammates that hurt him is NOT the way to deal with it.

I banned him on the spot for obvious intentional TK. And added the reason to the ban. (Something along: "I told you, don't kill teammates that hit you. That's TK" I don't remember the exact reason, but it should appear in the log.)

Then the shoutbox had this conversation:

After reading his unban request, and the chat on the shoutbox, I'm sure he is not sorry at all.
I don't want to be a jerk here, and I have warned Nemtos before about his TD% and hitting back.
I have also warned him that I have this last TK recorded and to not lie about it. Believe it or not, I don't want to permaban Nemtos, but damn he has the wrong attitude.

I'm tired, so I'm going to leave this to someone else. I won't lift the ban, but I won't oppose to other admin lifting it if he believes he deserves it.
