I've just been banned by Guy Incognito for explaining the derogatory nature of the word 'n*gger' to someone who felt 'priviliged' to use this very word as a tool for self-description.

Someone kept saying the word n*gger and then said it was alright from him to use it because he himself was a 'nigga'.
I said that n*gger is a derogatory term used to address his ancestors, and that he should not carry it with pride.

This apparently was enough of a reason for Guy Incognito to ban me.

Please unban me and find some more mature admins.

Even if I was tricked into using a profane word, I'm certain that that sentence positively influenced not only the troll, but everyone else on the server who read the chat.
Even if it made only one person think, I'm certain the message was of worth.

I stand by my words, however bad you wish to perceive them.
However, I do apologize for using the word 'n*gger' in a sentence meant to educate.
It was meant to get the attention of the troll, but it was indeed in direct violation of the rules, and more importantly, common decency.

That being said, if Guy wishes to permaban me because I called him immature in my first post, then so be it.

No I do not wish to permaban you, as Im not an immature person. Im not going to waste my time explaining to you why you were banned, because Monkey already did it perfectly. It does however bother me to straight away get called immature, when you as a very long time regular on the server most certainly know by now that we do not tolerate that word by ANYONE, for ANY reason. You must have seen it happen many times. I banned 3 people in that little conversation you decided to be a part of. I see one of the other having made a much different post than you. Im just surprised that you of all people not only used the word in chat, but then afterwards comes and makes such a hostile appeal, like you didnt do anything wrong and WE made the bad call.

Seeing as you are such a long time regular with good behaviour, and Im pretty confident you wont do it again, I will not permaban you, but your attitude sucks.

Ban stands for one week.
